Summary: Our stay overall was good - the main reception, housekeeping, and most restaurants staff were welcoming and helpful. However, a few staff had attitude issues that really need to be addressed. The $100 Expedia guest voucher was also a disappointment - it wasn’t clearly explained, and I was sent back and forth trying to use it. The boutique shop was not open on time, please a 10am is not 10:45am and in the end, I was told it could only be used at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I couldn’t redeem it at all, which left a frustrating end to an otherwise pleasant stay.
