Booking & Financial Policies

Any extension requested after this time will incur a $150.00 fee (to compensate housekeeping for urgent scheduling changes) plus the standard nightly extension rate. All charges must be paid upfront. If fees are not paid in full by your scheduled check-out time, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please note that if you create an entirely new reservation instead of submitting an alteration request, the cleaning fee cannot be refunded.

• Indemnity & Cost Recovery: The primary guest shall be held strictly liable and agrees to fully indemnify Let Go for all operational, administrative, and third-party costs incurred due to the breach and subsequent eviction. This includes, but is not limited to, the full cost of the security call-out fee, personnel deployment expenses, and eviction enforcement fees.
• Additional Liabilities: These enforcement fees will be charged in addition to any applicable local council fines, specialized cleaning fees, or property damage claims.
