Autumn brings the canal to its most serene — glassy mornings, golden light, and barely a ripple. Sip a Nespresso on the alfresco as mist lifts off the water, then head south to explore Margaret River's legendary harvest-season cellar doors, returning each evening to your quiet waterfront sanctuary.
The space
The house has been our labour of love since we first purchased the canal lot in 2019. We designed and built the house from the ground up (completing it in 2021) creating a superior holiday destination for families, including ours 😊.

• Second Bedroom: Features 2 king single beds.
• Third Bedroom: Contains a queen-size bed.
• Fourth Bedroom: Provides 2 single beds, ideal for kids.
For living the house includes:
• Lounge and dining: 2 large couches, a 75 inch TV and a dining table for eight people.
• Theatre room: A 3 seater couch and 75 inch TV.
• Executive kitchen and scullery: fully equipped for extended stays including two ovens, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
• Laundry: modern washer and dryer.
• Alfresco: outdoor table with 10 chairs, BBQ and a gas fireplace.
The house also boasts an oversized garage, which facilitates undercover storage of a trailer boat or off-street parking for four cars. Bring your boat or any range of water toys! The private jetty is a modern floating pontoon capable of accommodating a boat up to 12 meters in length.
For your peace of mind, our property is equipped with an alarm system and exterior security cameras, monitoring the driveway and jetty.
