The tranquil and modern Villa Eleonas is nestled in an olive grove, offering complete privacy. Built in 2024, it is 700 meters from the sandy beach of Episkopi and 1 kilometer from the village of Episkopi. A short drive east along the national highway provides easy access to Rethymnon, a city that blends Turkish heritage with Venetian Renaissance influences, located 12 kilometers away. To the west (45 kilometers) lies Chania, built upon the ruins of an ancient Minoan city. Our villa, with its strictly private swimming pool, is surrounded by a 2,500-square-meter olive grove, its vegetation including olive trees, thyme, oregano, and other Mediterranean plants.
