Off-street parking is available for up to 4- 6 vehicles and plenty of room for a boat if required. Located at the end of a very quiet no through road with only local traffic which provides a safe environment for the kids to play outdoors.
Direct access to the mountain bike tracks, skateboard pump tracks and only a 5 minute walk to the nearby strip shops including Wombat Café and the Dromana General Store. Fabulous bush walks to OT Dam and only 15-20 mins walk to the Bay beach and Dromana's main shopping district.
This is the perfect home for a family holiday. Everything you need is at your doorstep. Oh and have I mentioned the views!! So spectacular. Just sit back and watch the boats sail past from Martha’s Cove marina or spot a pod of dolphins playing in the waves.
