Positive: Most staff were amazing always willing to talk to you or offer their services. The bed was very comfortable had the best sleep and also the aircon in our room was perfect 👌

Negative: 1 staff unfortunately wasn't that pleasant. Always on her phone, when we approached her for enquiry she gave off that vibe of we were annoying her she's busy on her phone. Just always on her phone and no time for customers or always yelling at the younger staff. We were in room 111 that's right opposite the reception so we heard her all the time. Her name was Karla. I was also served molded toast by karla we threw to the birds. We also questioned why the menu says English breakfast?? As what we received instead was 1 egg 2 toast breakfast and slice of pineapple 🤷‍♀️ her services was appalling but luckily the other staff were amazing. I think the boss needs to swap her to night shift where their are less customers to tend to in the evening and put the churppy happy want to be their staff in the morning that will be nice to wake upto.
