Monterey has a fantastic floor plan with large dimensions to really enjoy your holiday, it doesn't matter what time of year you come here to retreat! Wonderfully rich in texture the living room is just gorgeous. Beautiful lounges, a stunning view of the garden, an open fire creating a perfect adults retreat. Toward the rear of the property isa large open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living area. Again this space is immaculate with excellent taste in furnishings. The Kitchen is ideal for those who like to cook and/or entertain. The kitchen comes with a double oven, reconstituted stone benches, and an island bar which gives ample space to create a culinary masterpiece. Separating the Kitchen and Family area is a bold dark wood table complimented with red table wear. A fabulous contrast to the white Kitchen and beautifully polished hardwood floors! Blending into the background is a large comfy modular lounge in the sitting area. Again this area comes complete with TV and sound system. A great area for the kids! Adjacent to this space is a large and very private deck with an 8 seater alfresco dining setting and a large 4 burner gas BBQ. Where ever you chill in this fabulous beach retreat, you will find it aesthetically pleasing and ultra-comfortable!
*Bed and Bath * As you would expect at Monterey the bedding room configuration is fabulous, as is the quality. Monterey comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Bedroom 1 - the Master Bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms and the family area which provides privacy and solitude. A King Size bed and a large ensuite feature in this Master Suite, along with a beautiful outlook across the deck and into the garden. Very peaceful!
The remaining 3 bedrooms and central bathroom are located alongside the family area and are configured as follows:
Bedroom 2 - includes a Queen Size bed
Bedroom 3 - includes 2 x Single Size beds
Bedroom 4- includes 2 x Single Size beds
Monterey is perfectly situated to enjoy the essence of the Mornington Peninsula. Only a short stroll away is the local Blairgowrie Village, which boasts some wonderful cafes and restaurants.
Linen and bath towels are included, also the beds will be made up for your arrival.
