Unauthorised late check-outs will incur a $50/hr fee. Check-outs past noon will result in a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts. This fee does not grant possession of the property for the day.

Locked out? A $50 fee applies for assistance, rising to $150 after 6pm and on weekends. Lost keys and/or access swipes incur a $250 replacement fee.

Rule 5: DO NOT use the fireplace. It is for decoration purposes only. Heavy fines will apply should this occur.
