The most recent addition to our rental listings is an energy-efficient smart house sitting on top of the Inlet View Rd 'dunes'. This is a warm, inviting space, well suited for up to two adult couples looking for pure rest and recreation.
The property offers a one-bedroom deluxe villa. Located on a sealed road, and an easy 600m stroll to the Venus Bay cafe, bar, and shops, and only 700m to the Beach.
Children under 10 are not allowed.

Heat Recovery Ventilation... there is no need to open windows to bring in fresh air as air is continuously replaced. A fresh coastal air is drawn into the house, it is warmed by the stale air leaving the building. No smells, no humidity build-up, and always warm.
Smart lighting - Voice control, motion sensing, and wireless switches are used throughout. If technology is not your thing, you can always use a switch!
Your stay will be private and undisturbed. However, we live close by so can provide assistance and advice if required.
