Summary: This hotel has so much potential - if only management puts more training in place for staff!! Especially housekeeping- my room still had dirty dishes ,bathroom sink was not clean!! I even asked to change the bed linen just to be sure!! Very disappointing that this was the new wing , expected more !! I stayed 2 nights(Sat/Sunday ) room downstairs partied all night!! Beer bottled littered the common area by the pool - dirty tables not cleaned from night of drinking !! But hotel is in a good area in town by the river ,walking distance to town and the market . Owner and management please be proud of this historic hotel in Labasa
