The best views are a short walk up your street. The older-style unit is in a quiet spot, a block from a shop, pubs and handful of eateries in Jan Juc village. It's a five minute drive to bustling Bell Street and is perfect for accessing local beaches.
You will find a bright and light-filled space that has been recently renovated and has a feeling of coastal comfort without the price.
There is a basic courtyard, and a grassed area out the front of the unit.

Jan Juc is a pocket off the Great Ocean Road and is a quiet and hilly, tree-lined suburb of neighbouring Torquay. Famous Bells Beach is just 3km away on a stunning clifftop walk.
Buses, taxis and Uber are all available, as well as the Ride the Wave shuttle service during summer. Train stations are 20 minutes drive away in Waurn Ponds and Marshall.

ANTS/SPIDERS/OTHER FRIENDS This may be the coast but it IS actually the country so we get plenty of creepy crawlies. Ants usually come out before it rains and are repelled by tea tree oil spray (provided) on surfaces. Please think about removing creatures with a cup and cardboard before swatting them. Outdoor mosquito coils under the sink.
