Time your stay so you can check out the local markets held at the reserve across the road, or give Fingal Bay parkrun a go on a Saturday morning. You're also only 2.5km to Shoal Bay and 5km to Nelson Bay.
This 3-storey townhouse is in a boutique complex and literally steps to a superb beach. The main, open plan living area is on the first floor, with 2 fabulous balconies. There is free Wifi, an LCD TV and DVD with a big, comfortable lounge, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen offering a dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge and cooking facilities.
The 3 lovely, bright and spacious, carpeted bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The main bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and access to a small balcony, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet.
On the ground floor is a 2nd living area/rumpus room featuring a TV with built-in DVD for the kids and a futon/sofa bed. This leads out to a small courtyard with BBQ facilities and a clothesline, which backs onto the local tennis courts which are available to hire – bring your rackets and balls and have a hit! Also featured on this level is a 3rd bathroom with shower and toilet and a laundry fitted with a washer and dryer. Parking is available in a single lock up garage and extra car/boat space for a single axle trailer.
