Summary: Very nice modern property. We had a balcony that overlooked the ocean . No air condition needed since there was a nice breeze if you let the balcony doors open. We did not have a parking problem . We had two cars that we could park in front of our apartment. If you want a peaceful and a quiet place this is your place !
