Spacious, renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with beautiful mountain views located in Prospect Vale, Launceston, Tasmania. With three cozy bedrooms, ample living space, and a well-equipped kitchen, This property comfortably accommodates families and groups of up to five people. This property has stunning mountain views and a huge backyard for the kids to play in. Located a quick 7 minute drive to Launceston city. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. The garage is locked and not for guest use.
No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
