Summary: This backpackers was a great budget-friendly find—close to other resorts and right near a beachside club with a fun live band most nights. The staff were really friendly, and I appreciated the reasonably priced private room, which was simple but comfortable for what I needed. I did come across one large cockroach in my room, which wasn’t ideal, but not uncommon in tropical areas. On the upside, the friendly dogs around the property and the easygoing vibe with other backpackers made it feel very welcoming and social. There were also taxis readily available right outside the venue. A solid choice for travelers who want a chill, affordable stay in a great location.
