The light, airy, open-plan living space with fast Wi-Fi makes Alice's Palace great for work, rest and play all year-round.
With an El Nino hot summer forecast, a surf at the lifeguard-patrolled main beach, or a dip in the 'flat water' of the Barwon River, or relax under the shade trees in the garden are all pretty cool options. Feel free to inquire about longer-stay discounts.
DOWNSTAIRS FEATURES:
Open-plan contemporary living with gas log fire, fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, 48' digital TV with netflix, Bluetooth sound-bar, DVD player/DVDs, bathroom, reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans.
UPSTAIRS FEATURES:
3 bedrooms (main bedroom with balcony), bathroom and light-filled open office area with fast Wi-Fi and balcony access, reverse-cycle heating/air-conditioning, ceiling fans and full length mirror (perfect for wedding guests).
BED ARRANGEMENT: sleep up to 7 (max):
Main bedroom - 1 Queen size bed.
2nd bedroom - 2 extra-long Single Beds (203cm 'twin beds')
3rd bedroom - 1 Queen size bed
Travel cot & single futon pull-out mattress for child/teen are also available. Use of single pull-out futon is suitable for short stays only

OUTSIDE FEATURES:
Set on over half an acre of land with native shade trees to the rear, with outdoor furniture, BBQ, chiminea and outdoor shower, and lawn out the front, Alice's Palace even has its own herb garden tucked under the windows. Feel free to help yourself!
Alice's Palace is in a row of three townhouses. And is the ONLY townhouse with direct access to the rear bush garden - see photos of floor-to-ceiling double-glazed glass sliding doors leading onto the deck and into the garden.
MINIMUM STAYS APPLY:
(7) seven night minimum stay applies immediately post-Christmas to end of 2nd week in Jan
- feel free to inquire about shorter stays as they often emerge between week-long bookings.

- Melb Cup ‘long weekend’
- Easter

Alice's Palace is literally a 2-minute walk to Victoria's most family-friendly lifeguard patrolled surf beach. Please swim between the Surf Life Saving Club flags in summer through to Easter.

BASICS TO NOTE:
- Non-smoking home, including balcony, decks and garden. If you want to smoke, please wander off-property, taking care to dispose of butts appropriately, maintaining lovely surrounds.
- No pets.
- No parties/schoolies/Hens/Bucks.
- Please respect neighbours re noise - other townhouse occupants are respectful, friendly and maintain privacy. Alice's Palace guests are expected to honor the same :-)..
- Please remove footwear upon entry (bring extra socks).
- Please wash-off fake tan before heading to bed (disastrous for our bedding/linens)
- Store your boards and kayaks in lock-up storage under deck. Please don't bring them inside. Padlock key is on kitchen key hooks.
